Pool Party Information

If you are a current staffing client who is interested in scheduling a party at your neighborhood pool, please submit your request on our website. We require at least 10 days notice to accommodate your pool party request and no parties will be booked before May 15. Once a party is reserved, reservation and lifeguard fees are non-refundable except for pool closures due to operational malfunctions or inclement weather. Registration will be used to book any additional lifeguards for your event.

 Note: No Private parties will be scheduled on Holidays (July 4, Labor Day, Memorial Day)

Cost:
$25 Reservation fee
Fee for Additional Lifeguards (if applicable)

During regular hours:
1-20 guests: We will do our best to accommodate the guards already staffed but this is not a guarantee. We will contact the host within 48 hours if payment for guards is needed.

21-30 guests: 1 guard will be needed

31-40 guests: 2 guards will be needed

41-50 guests:3 guards will be needed

Over 50  guests: we will contact host

Before or After Hours:
1-50 guests: 2 guards will be needed

51-100 guests: 3 guards will be needed

Over 100 guests: we will contact host

*Any party with alcohol will require one additional guard than stated above.
*Any party going past 8:00pm is an after hours party.
*All parties must be scheduled 10 days in advance.
*No refunds unless the pool is closed due to mechanical issues or inclement weather.
