LEADERSHIP
David Harvey
President
Dave grew up as a swim team member in the Triangle Swim Association (TSA) and later as a lifeguard at community pools in the Triangle. Dave founded Pool Professionals in 1990 and has overseen the company’s growth one pool at a time ever since. Dave’s passion is community involvement, specifically as an avid supporter of local swim teams, as a champion of safety in the aquatics industry, as a mentor to Pool Professionals employees and as a facilitator to the Delta Sigma Phi Leadership Institute.
Dave holds a BA in Aquatic Relations and Economics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was born and raised in North Carolina. Dave is a CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Instructor and an American Red Cross Certified Lifeguard.
Dave is the adoring uncle of three wonderful nieces.
With over 30 years in the aquatics industry Dave enjoys sharing his experience with clients to help improve their swimming pool operations.

Nick Pro
Raleigh Branch Manager
Nick has been with Pool Professionals since 2017, beginning his career as a Residential pool technician and growing into a leadership role as Branch Manager. He is HVAC-certified and has completed extensive training with Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward. With a strong technical background and a customer-first approach, Nick leads his team with a focus on quality service and operational excellence. Originally from Long Island, New York, he has lived in the Raleigh area for over 20 years.
Jenny Fuller, CMCA®
Business Manager
Jenny joined Pool Professionals in 2020 as the Executive Liaison and now serves as the Business Manager. She brings a solid background in Association Management, and works closely with our Division Directors to keep communication flowing smoothly between our team and clients. Jenny is involved in many parts of the day-to-day operations and helps keep things organized and moving in the right direction. Jenny graduated from Meredith College with a degree in Business Administration.
Sarah Corder
Director Of Maintenance
Sarah Corder joined Pool Professionals in 2020 as a technician and quickly rose through the ranks, earning her promotion to Director of Maintenance in 2026. She now oversees all pool facilities and leads the maintenance team with a strong focus on resident safety and team development. A graduate of North Carolina State University with a bachelor’s degree in Geology, Sarah brings both technical knowledge and hands-on leadership to her role. Her passion for water chemistry and the natural world reflects her lifelong love of the outdoors.
Leslie Rossner
Director of Accounting
Leslie joined Pool Professionals in 2016. She works closely with our Controller/CFO on all aspects of day-to-day accounting for our company. Additionally, Leslie assists the leadership team in many long term planning and strategic elements. Leslie was born and raised in Raleigh and studied accounting at Meredith College.
Trey Gay
Director of Staffing
Trey Gay Joined Pool Professionals in 2022 as the Director of staffing operations. Trey began working in the aquatic industry in 2015 as a lifeguard, trainer, and then aquatic manager. He is passionate about providing our clients with a fun atmosphere and friendly, well-trained staff. He focuses on hiring, training, staff development, and customer relations. Trey is an LGI and enjoys training new lifeguards.
Sheilah Newton
Events Director
Sheilah Newton joined Pool Professionals in 2003. She assists in several aspects at Pool Professionals. She is currently the event coordinator and handles all things related to pool parties. Sheilah grew up in Durham, completed her undergraduate degree at Appalachian State, and obtained a Master’s in Education from Campbell.
Brad Harvey
Pool Construction Specialist
Brad Harvey joined Pool Professionals in 2017 and is the qualifier for company’s building license. He has been in management positions for the last 15 years and emphasizes safety, staff development and teamwork. Brad is a Raleigh native and is married with one daughter.
Morgan Faust
Director Of Resdential
Morgan Joined Pool Professionals as a lifeguard in the summer of 2020. Since then, she has risen through the ranks to become a supervisor and LGI in the winter of 2022. Morgan has also grown her position to include running our social media and helping with other marketing needs. She is currently working on an associate business degree at Wake Technical Community College.

Kyam Gibran
Vice President
Greensboro Branch Director
Kyam is the Vice President of Maintenance Operations and Branch Director for the Greensboro location where he oversees daily operations. He joined Pool Professionals in 2013 and now works closely with all aspects of company leadership while collaborating daily with property managers, realtors, and developers to ensure client satisfaction and safety of pool facilities. Kyam holds the following certifications. NSPF Pool-Spa Inspector, PHTA Pool & Spa Operator, and PHTA CPO Instructor.
Aaron McKim
Assistant Branch Manager/
Director of Residential Operations
Aaron joined the Pool Professionals team in 2010 as a Lifeguard and worked his way up to a pool manager position. He then chose to join the maintenance team where he became the Director of Maintenance in Pool Professionals Raleigh Branch. He then returned to the Triad Branch as the Assistant Maintenance Supervisor before being promoted to Director of Maintenance Operations. Aaron grew up in the Triad area and graduated from Wingate University with a B.S. in Political Science. He lives in Lexington NC; with his wife, two daughters, four dogs and two cats. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, and traveling to new places.
Kamari Thomas
Director of Maintenance West
Kamari Thomas, originally from Fayetteville, NC, joined the Pool Professionals’ Greensboro team in the 2024 season as a technician. With a strong work ethic and dedication to quality service, he quickly advanced within the company and was promoted to Maintenance West Director of Operations ahead of the 2025 season. Kam is known for his leadership, professionalism, and always going the extra mile. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, rebuilding computers, and spending quality time with his fiancée and daughter.

Amber Waddington
Branch Manager
Amber joined Pool Professionals at the beginning of 2023 as a maintenance technician. She quickly advanced to maintenance director and is now the branch manager for the Wilmington office. Amber has been a pool industry veteran for the last 16 years. She is well-versed in all manufacturer’s pumps, filters, heaters, parts, cleaners, chemicals, etc. She specializes in Hayward and Pentair but is also very familiar with all systems dating back to the original American Products, Pac Fab, Starlite, Zodiac, Jandy, and more. Amber graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics.
