Lifeguard and Certified Pool Operator Courses
Pool Professionals offers comprehensive aquatic health and safety education to our staff members as well as the general public.
Refund Policy
You must notify Pool Professionals 2 weeks before the start date of the class to get a full refund (ex. Class start date is Feb 11 then the last day to receive a full refund is on Jan 28). Once the class is two weeks out, there will be no refund. If the participant is sick, a doctor’s note is required to receive a full refund. There is no refund for not showing up to class or failing the course.
Transfer Policy
IF you want to transfer to a different class you will be charged a $100 transfer fee.
Lifeguard Courses
Pool Professionals offers new and recertification classes that are open to the public as well as restricted to internal employees. These classes are regularly scheduled in Raleigh, Greensboro, and Wilmington.
First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification Courses
Pool Professionals offers new and recertification classes for an American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED certification. There are classes that are open to the public as well as sometimes restricted to internal employees. These classes are regularly scheduled in Raleigh.
Certified Pool Operator Courses
Pool Professionals offers Certified Pool Operator courses in Raleigh to meet Wake County’s requirement that all pool operators be certified.
