Staff Training
Our courses are open to both employees and the public.
Pool Professionals offers re-certification classes for:
- Red Cross CPR for the Professional,
- Red Cross Lifeguarding (LG), and
- Certified Pool Operator's Course sponsored by NSPF (the National Swimming Pool Foundation).

- Who: All Pool Professionals lifeguards need to update their certification every year.
- Cost: $50.00, cash or check, for both employees and the public.

CPR Recent Event Schedule
CPR re-certification courses are held at 8801 Midway West Road, Raleigh NC. To sign up for a course, please call 919-787-7878 or submit a request on the form below.
Classes last 2 hour, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the class starts. There will be no late admissions.

You must contact Pool Professionals (919.787.7878) and sign up prior to arriving for CPR- Recertification.
Who: All Pool Professionals lifeguards need to update their certification every three years.
Cost: $75.00, cash or check, for both employees and the public.

Lifeguard Certification Classes
These events are often scheduled depending on pool availability and weather. If no events are listed at this time, please fill out the online form at the bottom of this page. You will be contacted at a later time about the date, time, and location.

- Who: All Pool Professionals managers and assistant managers, as well as anyone running a large pool in North Carolina, needs to be certified.
- Cost: Free for Pool Professionals employees. $190.00, cash or check, for non-employees.

Includes textbook, exam and certificate.
Materials needed: pen, paper and calculator.
