  • weekly one on one meetings

• Our employees wear either Pool Professionals uniforms or the uniform of your facility.
• We only hire managers for our larger clubs who have previous pool management experience.
• Most of our managers that manage larger clubs have been with us for many years and are highly valued and dedicated employees.
• All levels of management are accessible to you via phone, email, or pager.
• Each employee completes exclusive Pool Professionals training.
• We can work with your facility to implement our structured swim lesson classes as well as work with your swim team and swim meets.
• Our experienced field managers will conduct weekly inspections and are on-site a minimum of three days a week to make sure everything is running well.
• All of our managers attend weekly Pool Professionals staff meetings and then conduct on-site staff meetings.
• Our Client Manager will contact you to just “touch base” to make sure everything is running to your expectations.

Pool Management with Lifeguards

Tired of teenagers managing teenagers? Is your volunteer pool committee position a full time job?

• Lifeguards also have extensive training and certification, including:
  • American Red Cross Lifeguarding
  • CPR training.
• We customize our staffing choices based on your pool’s needs and your community’s recommendations.
• Our employees wear Pool Professionals shirts and bathing suits to be easily recognized as lifeguards.
• All of our field managers and most of our managers are college educated and have the training, experience, and certifications your pool needs.
• Field Managers conduct on-site facility and staff inspections a minimum of three days a week
• Surprise inspections happen a minimum of once a week.
• Field managers are available to your community via phone from the time your pool opens to the time it closes each day throughout the pool season.
• Our staff is trained to work with swim teams and swim meets.
• All of our managers attend Pool Professionals weekly staff meetings and then conduct on-site staff meetings with their lifeguards.
• Pool Parties and special events are no problem. We have an organized approach to make your special days hassle free.
